Dear Princess Celestia,
I have learned that while it is great to spend time with your friends it is important to have time to yourself and reflect on yourself from the hussle and bussle of the everyday life. If one does not do that every so often you will find you are not going as a steady pace as others are. That is also where it helps to have your friends help you help yourself.
